Like so many people, we relied on coffee to carry us through busy days, but we didn’t always love how it made us feel. The anxious energy and crash that followed left us searching for another way to feel focused and energised.

That search led us to Yerba Maté.

Yerba Maté is a traditional South American tea made from the leaves of the Ilex paraguariensis plant. Naturally containing caffeine, theobromine and antioxidants, it has been enjoyed for centuries for its ability to energise both mind and body.

From the first time we tried it, the energy felt different. It was smoother and more sustained, helping us feel alert, clear-headed and focused without feeling overstimulated. We began drinking it every day and quickly understood why it has been part of South American life for generations.

When we shared Yerba Maté with friends and family, we noticed the barriers: the taste, the preparation and the time. Traditional loose leaf wasn’t for everyone.
